Ingredients:
- 20 button mushrooms or Oyster mushrooms
- Flour, egg, panko
Dip:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 jalapeno, chopped (seeded for less heat)
- ½ lime, juiced
Instruction:
- Heat up the deep fryer with fresh oil.
- Prepare three plates. One with flour mixed with a pinch salt, one with beaten eggs and the last one with panko.
- Take a mushroom and go through the flour, the eggs and the panko.
- Deep fry till they are gold brown.
- For the dip, combine all ingredient in a small bowl.
