Fresh Pasta Dough


Servings: for 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 210 g flour
  • 90 g semolina flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • 6 g salt 

 

 

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a big bowl or kitchen machine. Mix until dough is firm. 

 

2. Wrap in plastic foil and let the dough rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. 

 

3. Start with making your pasta of choice.
