Ingredients:
- 1 duck breast fried and chilled, or any other meat of duck
- 3 tbsp goose fat
- 1 tsp ground coffee
- 1 tsp lemon skin
- Pepper, salt
- Fresh bread
- Pull off the meat and defibrate it.
- In a bowl, combine meat fibers, lemon skin, coffee ground.
- Bring to taste with pepper and salt.
- Serve on fresh bread.
